About Us

Building the Future of Carbon Management

The Carbon Capture Coalition is a nonpartisan collaboration of more than 100 companies, labor unions, and environmental policy organizations.

The Coalition builds on more than a decade of collaboration and expertise advancing the essential portfolio of policies to commercially deploy carbon management technologies across vital sectors of the US economy. By bringing together industry experts, leading construction, energy, and industrial labor representatives, national conservation, environmental, and energy nonprofits, we speak with one voice, and we deliver tangible results. Together, the Coalition has shaped the current durable, bipartisan policy framework, establishing carbon management technologies as a critical tool for America’s energy and industrial future.

Carbon management technologies are necessary tools to cut emissions across sectors, strengthen the nation’s energy and industrial leadership position in the world, and create family-sustaining jobs for workers.

Successful deployment of these technologies depends on more than commercial know-how. That’s why Coalition members also prioritize meaningful engagement and consultation with local communities and investment in workforce development to ensure that deployment translates to benefits at every level.

Carbon management technologies are a widely deployed emissions reduction strategy.

Our Mission

Build broad federal policy support for the nationwide deployment of carbon management technologies.
